Reaction Ladies Kickboxing

We are now part of the learn kickboxing group and can benefit from working with other instructors with a huge wealth of knowledge. We have all been working together to give our students even more value for money and helping them to tap into free home training. This is a great idea for those student.

I'm so glad I started kickboxing with Helen and Reaction Kickboxing - they really know how to teach a great class. I've been to many different types of martial arts classes; This one is the best! I wanted to get fit and learn real self defence without either getting punched and kicked the hell out of by another student, or having to fight someone in class who didn't want to be sparring. Reaction Kickboxing have got just the right balance between learning real kickboxing, getting fit and really enjoying yourself.
