As a Grade 5 instructor, you can be assured that all lessons will be tailor made to you and that you will learn at a rate that right for you.UK Driving Licences were introduced by the Motor Car Act, 1903, but no driving test was required. Compulsory testing for all new drivers wasn’t made compulsory until 1934!
