All Licensed MAAT's have to undertake comprehensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and illustrate the highest standards of professional competence. For me, I think this is excellent because it protects you the client, but more importantly it differentiates MAAT's from other "accountants" who do not have to continually demonstrate their competence with a governing body.
AAT is recognised by HM Treasury to supervise with the Money Laundering Regulations, Randall Accounting Services is supervised by AAT in this respect and operates subject to the AAT Code of Professional Ethics.
