After graduating from Oxford Brookes University in 1991 with a degree in Psychology and Biology, Glynn worked as a transport manager for a national and international carrier based in Shefford. In 1995 Glynn set up his own logistics business in Letchworth Garden City providing general and specialised same day transport services for local businesses. Following the sale of his business, Glynn re-trained as a solicitor and worked in Peterborough for several years as a company commercial solicitor for a large regional law firm.

Glynn has a wide range of experience in advising on company, commercial and employment matters. He has acted in numerous corporate deals, with recent transactions which include the sale of large department store and a petrol service station business for £1m.

Glynn has extensive experience in commercial contracts including drafting business and website terms and conditions.
