Let me introduce myself, my name is Neil Radford, ACMA, CGMA, director of Radford Financial & Business Solutions Limited. I am a Chartered Management Accountant ( CIMA ) with many years of experience in producing management accounts, improving business reporting and business processes to meet the requirements of operational delivery, financial and business reporting.

I have worked in senior project accounting and divisional corporate roles, producing monthly accounts analysis, consolidated reporting and governance roles ensuring best practice and compliance with business controls. My career path has a wealth of experience working in different environments and meeting a variety of objectives.

Following on from 21 years in the corporate arena, I decided in mid-2018 that my knowledge and experiences could support smaller businesses either established or at the start of their journey and this led to the creation of Radford Financial & Business Solutions Limited, whereas a business we could provide accountancy solutions with the added value of a management accounting approach, going the extra mile with financial analysis and reporting.
