Rachel Jane Brockhurst

I am a qualified massage therapist offering affordable sports, remedial and holistic massage therapy for creative practitioners. I trained at City Lit in Central London, achieving distinction grades in ITEC qualifications in Sports Massage and Holistic Massage Techniques, and I am an active member of professional associations supporting therapists in the UK. I also work with BAPAM - the British Association of Performing Arts Medicine - to support professional performers.

From my experiences of working in roles that support creative practitioners prior to starting my therapy business I developed an interest in the physiological and psychological needs of artists, craftspeople, performers, designers and those in the organisations that support them. I now happily combine this with my therapeutic training to offer those in the creative sector a much needed ally in maintaining their health and wellbeing.
