The Rachel Burgess Bridal Boutique is located in the seaside town of Penarth and specialises in handmade dresses and accessories by award-winning Welsh designers and vintage dresses that each tell a story, all sourced by Rachel herself.
Choosing your wedding dress is such an important decision - but it should also be a fun and stress-free experience! For me, it's all about giving brides the opportunity to represent who they are, their lifestyle and their relationship through their dress. And the service and experience brides and their friends and families receive here in the boutique is absolutely paramount. I close the whole boutique for appointments so that you can try on as many dresses as you like in total privacy, with my undivided attention and with tea and cake on tap! It's a total honour and delight to be able to make such personal connections with people at such exciting and important times in their lives.
