Rachael is a talented Chartered Architect with over 27 years' experience within the construction industry. Accredited commercial and domestic assessor and trainer (Part L compliance) and Sustainable Design Consultant. Research and development for the RIBA 'Climate Change Tools' whilst with Rickaby Thompson Associates. Award winning design schemes including the refurbishment of Lloyds Bank head office in Lombard Street; this project was given the City of London Heritage and the Millenuim Lighting awards.

Senior project architect for three new build social housing schemes in Milton Keynes and London. Significant levels of team management experience within the retail and commercial environment.
