Quick Sand Flooring

Sanding and finishing a hardwood floor is a skill learnt over many years. Our fully trained staff work only for quicksand flooring and we do not sub contract our work as we firmly believe it’s the personal touch that matters. All our finishers are trained by the company and are taught that it is the customers satisfaction that is of the up most importance. For our wood floor restoration service we use only the latest of machinery made by a german company called lagler and have been using these machines for years with nothing but the highest quality of workmanship. Quicksand are a leading commercial and school floors contractor. We are experienced school floor sanding specialists and use proven methods of wood floor sanding and floor restoration that will leave your floor neat and tidy with a smooth professional finish. We commence by sanding down all of the existing floor by using five grades of abrasive belts decreasing in coarseness upon each sand. When we have achieved a perfectly fine finish we would then apply the stain (if required),followed by 2 to 3 coats (depending on which the customers preference is, i.e oil wax or seal). This will be buffed after each application to ensure no undulations occur on the surface.
