Hi there everyone my name is Paula. I'm a Sport Massage Therapist based in Townshend near Hayle in Cornwall and have been here for the last 7 years after relocating from Cheshire. Running was a huge part of my life, but unfortunately I fell victim to recurring injuries from the intense training schedule. Nowadays I mainly do weight lifting, which is something I find challenging yet rewarding.

My experiences of reoccurring injuries throughout my time taking part in sports is what made me decide to go down my current line of work. Most importantly, I learnt that you shouldn't wait to seek treatment until you are injured, but instead, seek treatment to prevent injury.
