I am a natural health consultant and health writer based in the UK. With over 20 years’ experience in natural health and as the founder of Purehealth Clinic, I thought it was about time I got some of the wonderful stuff I’ve learned out to all of you before I start losing my marbles or memory, or both. I am a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine and the Guild of Health Writers. My aim here is to give you options. Whether you want to improve your health in some way, prevent ill health in the future or simply learn how to maintain a healthy life, you should find a way to do it here. I have seen thousands of patients over 20 years involved in natural medicine. Thankfully, more often than not I can help.
