Our timetable includes Yoga for Pregnancy, Hatha Yoga for beginners/intermediate/advanced, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Workshops,Yoga Retreats, Holistic and Alternative Therapies. We have a wide selection of Yoga Products, from mats, props, incense and incense burners. At Pure Yoga we integrate the traditional tools and teachings of yoga with a modern understanding of anatomy and the body-mind connection. We are faithful to the classical Hatha yoga traditions and we also integrate a contemporary awareness of the body in his wholeness.
