That's why in 2010 Matt and Rich (not Matthew and Richard) got their heads together and decided it was time to re-write the estate agent book. They had a vision, they had a dream, they had skills and you had houses.

So, after much deliberating and absolutely no ties or power suits, Matt and Rich set up Pure Properties. Matt and Rich put their 30 years of combined property knowledge into a business called Pure Properties so that you can have the best and most approachable estate agent experience ever. Matt and Rich have sold some property in their time - working with literally thousands of home owners and businesses!
