Property Venture

After many successful years working in the City, I decided to pursue my passion in property. I wanted to create a company, known for providing down-to-earth, common-sense advice with integrity. We guide through the overseas property buying process, so it is less confusing for you and point out the pitfalls, so you can avoid them and buy with minimum hassle. A member of the AIPP, this means Property Venture, has been vetted and approved, and voluntarily commits to Industry Regulation and the Professional Code of Conduct established to help potential buyers or investors, buy overseas property with confidence.

A "venture" is an undertaking that involves balancing the rewards, or potential profit, with the risks. We are independent and as such are able to offer a broad range of properties to suit a range of risk profiles. We are not tied to offering just those properties of a sister, or parent company.
