Property Pathfinder is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors with specialist knowledge of the Cotswolds and surrounding areas of Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire. Tim Lawson, MRICS, runs the Project Management department assisted by Richard Gough and George Lawson. We provide leadership and responsibility as senior consultant to building projects ranging from relatively simple repairs and improvements to major structural fault diagnosis, refurbishments of significant buildings and the construction of major new country houses.

We also specialise in representing clients affected by disasters such as fire and flood damage, ensuring that their insured interests are fully protected, and the building is properly repaired.
