Proactive Personnel was founded in August 1999. It began with a bias towards the industrial marketplace, but rapidly broadened its operations into the technical, managerial, commercial and transport sectors. The aim was to offer a convenient hassle free, quality recruitment service, responding to the needs of local and nationwide businesses. We are corporate members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and comply with their Code of Professional Practice. Telford is where Proactive Personnel began trading, so appropriately our large spacious premises based in Limes Walk, Oakengates in the heart of the town remains the company's head office.
Our second branch opened in Walsall in 2000 and from then we have continued to expand to having nine offices. The geographic locations of the branches allow us to cover the West Midlands, Shropshire and the North West along with successful out of area and National supply basis.
