Simply return it to us and we will reprint it, or refund the purchase price in full.

However please note that this guarantee only covers the quality of printing from our end, and does not cover issues with artwork that you have supplied, such as incorrect bleeds or low resolution images. Once artwork has been approved by you the customer, we are not held responsible for any mistakes printed on the product. We can only provide guarantee of the printing quality.
