Premium Surveyors

Premium Surveyors is a new company established in 2010 and are surveyors in Kent providing a wide range of building surveys in Kent, London and throughout the Southeast to private & corporate clients. It was founded by its co-directors, Mike Heselden and Dorothy O'Rourke who between them have over 45 years experience in the industry.

Mike qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1982 and has worked in both the private and public sectors, undertaking a wide range of work in the areas of Design, Contract Management/Supervision, Residential and Commercial Building Surveys, Building Pathology, Party Wall Awards, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition Reports. In 2005 Mike qualified as a Home inspector and can also provide Energy Performance Certificates.

Dorothy has worked in the property industry since the early 1990's including various roles from Sales Negotiator to Manager of a small independent Estate Agency.
