Establised since 1988 we now cover all of East Sussex and much of the bordering counties. We provide agency staff as well as bespoke recruitment of permanent staff to all sectors of the care industry from a HCA to a Registered Home Manager with fees appropriate to the role. We continue to grow our business by offering a quality service at affordable charge rates.

All well run agencies offer a similar service, like these other agencies we only recruit staff with at least two positive references, a positive ISA (Independent Safeguarding Authority), vulnerable adults / children CRB and regular mandatory training updates.

1. Reliability, Punctuality and Retention of staff. We have substantial edge over other agencies due to staff "bonus scheme" (Ј1 per hour), but to receive this, our staff need to continually demonstrate high professional standards and of course reliability. Naturally they are all keen to earn an extra pound or two an hour so we do definately gain a competitive edge.
