Ray's overwhelming drive to open his own business with his wife Juliet was to enable him to be true to his own personal values of putting the customer first and being able to listen to the customer's requirements and deliver a service that meets their needs. Ray and Juliet were married locally in 1995 and have three lovely daughters who attend local schools, St James Primary School and Bournemouth School for Girls.
