Over many years Power Scott are proud to have supported clients beset by matrimonial and other family disputes.Unfortunately public funding is no longer available for divorce work and we recognise that this may be off putting to someone of limited means. We are able to offer a variety of funding arrangements including a flexible payment scheme.We are able to offer advice and assistance in divorce, separation and the financial aspect of relationship breakdown. We offer a fixed fee for a straight forward uncontested divorce of £350 plus VAT. This excludes the court fee which is payable. Currently the fee is £550 but you may be eligible for exemption from paying the court fee or to have the court fee reduced depending on your means.
