Powell & Co represented the Warren family in a week long inquest into the death of their beloved ten year old son Tom whilst a patient at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich. Dr Ingram, a then locum at QEH negligently prescribed a morphine based patch acting as a pain killer to the ten year old boy, which overdosed Tom and killed him, ruled the coroner.
