Potter Shelly

Potter Shelley & Co was formed by Mark Shelley and David Potter solely dealing with criminal matters from police station through to all appeal courts. The Partnership commenced on January 1st 2007 and although a new firm, it is one with years of experience in the field of criminal law.

Mark Shelley, a Partner at our associate firm of Shelley & Co in Cambridge, is a Higher Rights Advocate regularly appearing before the Crown Court and higher appeal courts for clients. Mark has many years experience in representing clients on all manner of matters.

David Potter undertakes work from the police station to the magistrates court. He is a volunteer adviser to the national drug charity RELEASE, sits on the Legal Services Commission panel of independent adjudicators and assessors and is the Criminal Law Solicitors Association area representative.
