From a young age Jamie was always a very keen and successful athlete, competing at county level for both the 100m sprint and Olympic Archery. Jamie was also lucky enough to train with the British Olympic archery team in preparation for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, which gave him a great insight into the training of elite athletes, and also gave him the inspiration to start learning how the human body was designed to perform in order to gain truly effective results. In 2009 Jamie decided to move to London and start his own business as a freelance trainer in the heart of the city at LA Fitness, Piccadilly Circus. It was here where his skills really started to improve and he began to master the art of effective human movement and gained some extremely outstanding results with his clients!
