Elizabeth is a qualified KG Hypnobirthing teacher and holds both group and individual 121 sessions every month. KG Hypnobirthing is a full antenatal training programme which is simple, logical and profound. It is designed to meet the need of every mother to have a gentle, natural birth for herself and her baby. Elizabeth is a member of The National Hypnotherapy Society.
Elizabeth is a qualified Hypnotherapist and a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and abides by their code of ethics. Elizabeth is also a qualified K G Hypnobirthing teacher, KGH training is recognised by the Royal College of Midwives. In addition to being a Hypnotherapist, Elizabeth has been a Reiki Master for nearly 20 years offering treatments and Reiki teaching to master level.
