So where did the name 'Posh Gecko' come from? The 'Posh' part pays homage to the founders hometown of Peterborough and the local football team 'The Posh'. The 'Gecko' part? Dan and James wanted something quirky and memorable but neither can fully explain how a gecko was chosen.
