Here at Poseidon Swim School we pride ourselves in providing high quality swimming tuition for all ages and abilities. For the past 20 years we have been running our small family business from home and our numbers have expanded to over 2,500 pupils. Our constantly evolving business and team has grown to over 25 members of fully qualified, trained and police checked staff.
As a family run business and a small team of staff, our teacher-pupil-parent relationships are very strong and personal. Trust and friendliness is an essential part of teaching swimming and we feel that our unique approach to this is shown in the results that we have acheived over the years.These sessions are an excellent first step for you and your child. Young children can learn and play whilst getting used to the sights and sounds of the swimming pool environment. The Instructor will be in the water and will explain how to teach your baby the 8 basic skills of breath control, kicking, using arm actions, floating, holding on, climbing out and submerging. Babies should wear snug fitting swimwear or swim nappies.
