Ponsonby Furniture and Joinery specialise in making quality hand made products to your exact requirements. Based on the edge of the Western Lake District, every commission is carefully designed, constructed and finished to suit client's needs from hand selection of the timber to ensuring only top quality fittings are used.

Commissions have included everything from the design, manufacture and installation of kitchens and fitted furniture, bespoke staircases, fire surrounds and smaller items through to shop, hotel and display fittings. Anything you require in wood our team can create it. One of our first domestic commissions was a four poster water bed that had to be easily transportable. On the commercial side we provided bespoke wooden equipment for a large company on our doorstep.
