Ridings Property Management Services Ltd (RPMS), was formed in April 1993. At that time, the business operated out of premises in Newbegin, Hornsea. The aim of the company was to steadily build their portfolio, whilst focusing on good quality properties to attract equally good quality tenants.
By maintaining high standards in properties to let, the company progressively developed a reputation for dealing with high end residential lettings.
As the company expanded, it soon outgrew its original home and moved firstly from Hornsea to Willerby and then on to Beverley, eventually settling in its current premises at 18 North Bar, Beverley, from where it has traded since 1999.
