Planet Holistic

Janet's passion for therapies was born through recovering from illness in her twenties and realising the difference that holistic therapies made to her recovery. In search of a more stress-free lifestyle she began to train in massage therapy. Janet launched Planet Holistic in 2006 after she qualified as a holistic massage therapist. She then moved onto to further qualify in Auyvedic Indian Head Massage, Sports/Remedial massage, Clinical Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Level 1 Reiki.

In 2010 Janet moved back to her home town of Shrewsbury to settle with her family. She is delighted to be based part time at the serene settings of In Good Hands, which is run by her good friend and fellow therapist Tessa Kirk. Janet is also an independent Neals Yard consultant and only uses Neals yeard products for all treatments. Janet continues to have regular therapies to help promote good health and stress free living!
