Melanie is a Leiths trained chef. Working predominantly in catering and as a cookery teacher. Using seasonal and locally sourced food is part of her ethos. She loves well prepared vegetables and using Scottish game in menus. "My job has helped satisfy both my creativity and love of organisation.
