Thomas Higson has 12 years experience working in the mortgage business. Three working for a bank and five as an employed mortgage broker. He established Pinegrove mortgages in May 2009 to provide a professional and individual service for clients. Choosing and applying for a mortgage can be a long slow process, especially if there are issues with underwriting/surveys/legal/credit scores etc which can be very time consuming. My clients enjoy the fact that I manage the application right up until completion dealing with any issues saving you time and stress.

We charge a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances but we estimate it will be £199. However customers do have the option of a refund of any commission/procuration fee received. If commission is refunded then a fee of 1% is charged.
