In 2014 we maintained a 5 star food hygiene rating from the Isle of Wight Council Environmental Health Department of which we are extremely proud; we also have a residential license for alcoholic drinks to be served with meals. Our guest house is situated on the famous Cliff Path which overlooks the bay; it is an ideal location for a quiet and relaxing holiday. We are just 5 minutes from Lake's safe sandy beaches, and within easy reach of both the towns of Sandown and Shanklin; we are close to all amenities, shops, leisure centre and all travel routes. Piers-View has 10 comfortable en-suite bedrooms which include 3 on our ground floor annexe. The bedrooms all have flatscreen freeview TVs, radio and also tea/coffee making facilities. We have ample private car parking and can offer secure cycle storage for those of you who want to discover the Island by bike.
