It is the name of Pico Island in the Azores and was the suggestion of a fellow guest on a Whale & Dolphin research holiday.
Pico looked similar to 'Paramount' and a production name was needed for the video of the trip. The name complements the passion for filming whales and dolphins and helping with their conservation.
