I have 15 years of experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist. I have worked for elite organizations including Manchester United, Royal Ballet London and Warrington Wolves. Physio Performance was set up in Belfast to provide the following services: - physiotherapy - sports rehabilitation - injury prevention - acupuncture/dry needling - sports event first aid - sports massage - concussion clinic.
Jonny graduated as a Physiotherapist from the University of Ulster in 2004 and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Chester in 2012.
He began his career in the NHS at Mater Hospital before moving to England in 2010 to work for Bolton Wanderers football club. He then moved to Manchester United in 2012, providing Physiotherapy for the Academy players at their world-class training center at Carrington.
Some of those players have gone onto represent the first team under Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho.
He has also had experience treating acclaimed ballet dancers from Royal Ballet in London and provided strength and conditioning support at Warrington Wolves rugby league club.
