The Reformer is a resistance-based piece of equipment with a moving carriage that slides along a frame. Physio 2 Pilates has got classes in Solihull to suit everyone, come and join us, it's fun, sociable, relaxing and has enormous health benefits too. Our highly skilled physiotherapists offer professional assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and education services for a variety of back, neck and other musculoskeletal conditions.

We limit our Pilates class sizes to ensure we can provide a high quality of instruction, therefore all classes must be pre-booked. We run regular Beginner, intermediate and progressive classes Monday to Friday.
