Phoenix is split into three segments, reflecting our different services and customers. In each segment, we provide services that run our clients' IT infrastructure, but with a different focus and capability per segment. In each case, the services that we provide are in general based in the UK, and we deliver them from our own sites in the UK. This is seen by many of our customers as an important differentiator for us.

Our Managed Services segment is also largely involved with customers in the middle market. Historically this business has grown from providing hardware break/fix, support desks, hosting and monitoring services to become increasingly involved in the implementation of Cloud-based or virtual environments. Even where clients are not yet ready to embrace the Cloud, their decisions are influenced by the need to move in that direction.
