Hypnotherapist specialising in anxiety and phobia, 30 years experience in hypnotherapy, previous career in mental health nursing. I work from pleasant consulting rooms in Exeter and Plymouth

I qualified as a mental health nurse in 1982 and had a varied career in Inner London, managing a busy acute admissions ward, working as a community mental health nurse and in a crisis intervention service and a walk-in counselling service, both of these services being among the first to be provided by the NHS.

I have trained with experts from Britain and America including the Milton Erickson Foundation and the National College for Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council with is a government regulated organiation. My special interests are anxiety, phobia and panic, personality disorder, and recovery from controlling relationships. I take an individualised approach with every client and do not use scripts.
