Phillip Stoner trained in jewellery design at Bradford College of Art and opened the first Phillip Stoner the Jeweller store and workshop in Yorkshire in 1982. Building on his growing status for creating exquisitely designed jewellery in the finest materials, Phillip opened a store in Halifax in 1998. The company expanded into Leeds in 2002, and in 2007 opened a second store in the city's 'Knightsbridge of the North': the Victoria Quarter. Our new flagship store opened on The Avenue in Spinningfields, Manchester, in December 2010.
Phillip Stoner the Jeweller is now acknowledged as the North of England's leading bespoke diamond and platinum specialist. Our reputation for outstanding quality and service has lead to high-profile commissions for such celebrities as Michael Jackson. We have been entrusted with work on the Lord Mayor of Leeds' chain of office, and the Leeds City Council mace.
