Phillip Martin

Established in 1986 Philip Martin is an independent firm of Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors, Valuers and Auctioneers covering the mid and west Cornwall areas dealing with a wide variety of properties in all price ranges. The firm has four partners headed up by Senior Partner Philip Martin together with Steven Jenkin, James Harvey and Sean Johnston. All four partners come from Cornish families and three share a similar agricultural background. Philip Martin and Steven Jenkin are both members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The main ethos of the firm is to provide a professional and high quality service to our clients without compromising our core business by having to sell additional services such as conveyancing, insurance and mortgages. We are able to deal with all property related issues under one roof so whether our clients are selling, letting or require specialist valuations and advice we are always in a position to help.
