I trained as a cabinetmaker at Rycotewood College, obtaining a City and Guilds qualification with credit, in 1976, in 'Hand made furniture'.
I later obtained a First Class Honours degree in 'Furniture Conservation and Restoration' from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College.
Winner of the BAFRA 'British Antiques Furniture Restorers Association' Conservation Award 2007.
