Peter Cunliffe

Based in Sale, in Greater Manchester, Peter Cunliffe & Co are a family-run firm of Chartered Surveyors, established in 1993. The two partners are father and son, Peter and Michael Cunliffe and this represents a third generation of property Professional within the family with Joseph Cunliffe having started in property valuation and property management in the 1950s.

We act for a wide range of clients, including Trusts and Charitable organisations, like Age Concern (Trafford) for whom we offer a wide range of property advice from rent reviews and lease renewals, to site acquisition and dilapidations, the Police, various Local Authorities, several Housing Trusts for whom we predominantly undertake Right-to-Buy or Right-to-Acquire valuations but also offer some development valuation advice and volume housebuilders for whom we offer a part-exchange survey service as well as valuation advice: and of course, we act for many private individuals and companies.
