The partnership has subsequently expanded to include Michael Hawkins, Stephen Werner Bsc (Hons) MRICS and Barney Smith MNAEA MARLA later expanding with additional in Leamington Spa, Wellesbourne, Shipston on Stour, Chipping Campden, a joint venture in Henley in Arden and Birmingham (commercial only).
