After many years in customer facing roles within various service industries the proprietor (Graham Lauderdale) started the business with a total emphasis on customer service, Uniformed qualified, fully insured staff, branded vehicles and a real can do attitude. The company has gone from strength to strength and has just achieved full servicing membership with the BPCA allowing us to access a networking structure where we occasionally work alongside other pest control companies who specialise in many different areas of this vast industry.
