We provide Architectural Services in Harpenden and we also work in St. Albans and the surrounding areas. The practice covers all aspects of design and drawing work prepared in CAD Format. Our typical service includes a free initial consultation with clients to ascertain their exact requirements and proposals, often for single or two storey extensions, loft or garage conversions. We also specialize in new builds, or more, as required by clients or developers. After instruction, our scope of works extend to carrying out a full measurement survey, photographs and preparing sketch schemes for review.

Detailed planning drawings are then prepared and submitted for the approval of the local authority. Thereafter full building regulation drawings are prepared, submitted and approval obtained. The detailed drawings can then be used for pricing and construction use. We can manage the tender procedure with contractors and project management of the works through to completion.
