From the M25: Exit junction 27 and take the M11 towards London. Leave the M11 at junction 4, then merge with the A406 eastbound. Branch left then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A12. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A12. Take the right hand lane and branch right, then at the traffic lights turn right onto Barley Lane (B177). Carry on down Barley Lane and then turn right onto Douglas Road, then take the next left onto Eastwood Road.

From the A13: At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A406. Branch left (signposted Ilford, Stratford). At the traffic lights turn right onto the A118, then bear right onto Ilford Hill. Turn left onto Winston Way, then right onto High Road.
