I have been having personal training sessions with Kimberley twice a week for 5 months, combined with eating 3 sensible meals each day with fruit in between as snacks, in that time I have gone from a size 18 to a size 14, for the first time ever my top half and bottom half are in proportion and I feel that I am toned all over, especially around my middle. My legs are fantastically toned and I can't stop showing them off wearing skirts and dresses.
