Payne & Son Jewellers

Payne and Son Jewellers are based along the old High Street, which is home to many individual businesses. In our high street store you will find jewellery, bridal jewellery and silverware as well as watches from Edox and Mondaine, and corporate gift ideas such as writing instruments, silverware. You will also see our collection of porcelain from the Zelli Gallery, London, which was incorporated early 2011.

As a jewellers shop we have seen many changes over the past 220 years, and have had to reinvented ourselves a number of times over the years in order to "keep up with the Jones'". This is where antique meets contemporary, old meets new, vintage meets modern. The shop is ideally placed for tourists as the train station is only a short walk away and parking around the town is ample. The large clock outside and above the entrance is a well known local landmark.
