The firm was established in 1979 by Patrick F. Corr. We now have a professional staff of 10+, based in Limavady in the northwest of Northern Ireland. We work on projects throughout Ireland and the UK. We have grown from a quantity surveying practice into a fully-integrated and multi-disciplinary building consultancy now offering additional services such as project management, building surveying and health and safety consultancy. Since November 2003 Patrick F Corr has operated as a limited company. The practice remains totally independent and is wholly owned by the directors who have adopted and sustained the goals set by the practice’s founder. We are proud of our history and reputation and strive to provide each one of our clients with exceptional advisory services based on the highest professional ethics and best practice procedures together with a wealth of experience gained from previous projects. A large proportion of our business comes from existing or returning clients who recognise the consistent value we have provided them through our costing and management skills. We strive to strengthen those long term relationships whilst always seeking to explore and develop new opportunities.
