Joanna left college and worked at Debenhams for four years becoming the assistant manager for fashion accessories. She went on to run her own company before raising a lovely family. She returned to college to become a beauty therapist working for a spell in merchandising for Max Factor. Both Jo and Heidi worked at Beauty Business before opening Pastiche. Jo said: "I feel we have achieved our dream."
